Sales Consultant (Place & Train)
Job Scope Able to promote and explain merchandise product knowledge of customer’s needs and assist customers in finding and purchasing the required merchandise in a retail environment.
Job Responsibility • Achieve and maintain the sales requirement of the store manager. • Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs. • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires. • Describe merchandise and explain use operation, and care of merchandise to customers. • Prepare copy of sales invoice or sales receipt for customer’s reference. • Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items. • Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise. • Help customers try on merchandise to ensure the product is in good condition and functional before purchase. • Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor. • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Job Description • Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options. • Educate and inform customers about the benefits and features of the company’s products. • Maintain the cleanliness of the store. • Monitor inventory by means of daily checks and stock takes. • Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs. • Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up hanging mobiles. • Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.
General Job Requirements: • Only Malaysians with above 20 years old. • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM and equivalent. • No experience needed. • Willing to work on weekends & Public Holiday. • Able to work around Klang Valley (KL & Selangor). • Good in communication skills. • Possess own transportation.
Remuneration package: • Basic salary: RM1200 – RM2500. • Entitle for Overtime • Sales commission • Training provided • Employee Contribution (EPF, Socso) |
