Objective

Understanding strategic business goals and preparing for future growth is a driving force for succession planning process. The process includes identifying critical roles, review requirements, analyzing gaps, developing plans, implementing succession strategies, monitoring and managing plans.

FOCUS OF WORKSHOP

1. Able to identify, analysing and measuring the readiness levels/skills gaps of candidates in knowledge, skills and attitude (KSA).
2. Development requirements of 'Competencies checklist' and how to monitor the progress based on projected time frame.
3. Able to designing an impactful Metric in evaluating@measuring evidences of competency to express readiness in assigning new task or position.
4. To redesigned new policy and scores in KPI@appraisal that emphasis on knowledge and skills transfer, being done effectively to successor in the final year of service.
5. Succession Planning (SP) should start from the beginning, and it is part of company strategic plan. Therefore, this training will cover the whole flows of SP from the beginning and aligning it with current and future organization targeted growth (targeted goals - short, medium, long)
6. ISO 9001:2015 and other Acts with be set as reference standards.
