Objective

In overall, the objective of the Root Cause Analysis for Safety Incidents in the Workplace training is developed to support on internal capability amongst all working level including technical and non-technical personnel, managerial and non-managerial levels to understanding the basic concept of identifying root causes in incident investigation, and providing the lesson learnt and right action plan in order to support future and repeated incidents.
